Easy Autumn Apple Crisp Recipe
Fall is in the air! Fill your kitchen with the aroma of fresh baked apples ...

    4 c. sliced apples - 1/2 c. oatmeal - 1/3 c. soft margarine or butter
    2/3 c. brown sugar - 3/4 tsp. cinnamon - 1/2 c. flour - 3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sliced apples in greased pan. Blend remaining ingredients until mix is crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake 30-35 min. (or until apples are tender) and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with cream, ice cream, or cool whip.
Rhubarb, peaches, huckleberries, etc., may be used instead of apples.

Mz Thang's pay-less, man-made everything, wedgies weren't sooo bad ... but what in-all-that-is-holy! made her paint those diseased toe shingles with glittery gold paint ... ??! ... she even managed to goldenize the skin of every toe in the painting process ... as I'm pondering the exact thickness of these nails, and cringing at the abuse her sheets go through, she got loud to the clerk, "... don't you be breakin' my bot...tles!" - then she asked for Black and Milds ... the clerk looked at her and dead panned ... "Oh, so you do believe in stereo types." ... hahaha! ... she waved her we're-#1-! finger and screeched, "Oh! If you're home has been on the market for a while ... I can guess why ... because someone, like me, drove down the road, saw your sign, called the number and was told, "Oh, I'm sorry, that home is under contract, but we have a similar home that is just slightly more expensive ..."

To test that this was their game, I called about a few homes with different real estate agents and yup! I received the under-contract-but response each time ...

A quick trip to the real estate tush-covering game rules will teach you that the "under contract" response gives the realtor a win-win chance to earn something ... if they can't get a buyer to bite on the slightly more expensive home, with slightly higher commissions, then they can always play the hero and call them back with the wonderful news that "the contract fell through" ... it's less commissions, but better than nothing ...

Okay ... I'm off to go find a similar home, that is slightly less expensive, that I don't want to look at, so when I'm told, "Oh, I'm sorry, that home is under contract, but we have a similar home that is just slightly more expensive ..." maybe, just maybe, I will have a chance of being shown the home I really want to look at ... end of whine.

Saw Grandma's Boy on pay per view ... twice ... it's definitely not for those who like mature entertainment ... cracked me up! ... all the Happy Gilmore side kicks ... silly fun!

Thursday, we saw a band called Two Feet Pete at a concert at Hawk Island Marina in Delanco Twp- ... Teedster is friends with the Hawk Island guys, when he mentioned going, I was like -ehhh, okay ... I have this rule -if I'm not doing anything, and I'm asked to go somewhere, I always say 'yes' whether I think I'll like it or not ... sooo glad that rule is in place in my life, it works out perfect almost all the time ... and Holy Pete Batman! they were really good! ... well, until they got rained out ... but I already mentioned you can't get upset about stuff like that ...

I'm probably going to grab Teed213 and go see Clerks 2 ... and grub on some seafood somewhere ... Teedsters will be jet skiing later, we'll go then ... unless Teed213 has other plans, I can always pots-around home if he's busy ...

Fun news ... Chuck Zito, age 53, just said on Stern that he is going to do ultimate fighting ... he's 53 y/o ... says he's training, he's now 210lbs from 239lbs, and intends to get down to 200 ... can't wait to mention this to Teedster and Kevin to hear their opinions :)

No spoilers, promise ....... we saw Superman Returns yesterday morning, the listings said there was a 5:30a showing ... ??! ... I guess for people to catch it before work ... wow ... you are a mega fan to get up at 4:30a to go watch a movie ...

There were great parts ... Brandon Routh was a good choice as Superman - beautiful, tall, athletic build ... Kal from Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle was in it, he did not speak, but he was in it and that's cool ... Lex Luthor was pulled off well by Spacy, and I always love seeing Parker Posey, even though the part was a bit restrained for her ... the gal who played Lois reminded me of that The Mummy chick ... but! the love story aspect was too, too much ... ugh! ... we get it! they're in love! now move on with the story! ... I did enjoy the non-mushy parts and the effects were fantastic --I just really wish there was more story and less ugh ...

Forgot to tell you yesterday ... this web site's domain name  > KimberlyTeed.com < was bought on July 5th, 2002 ... and even though I see the world through kimceited colored glasses, I did not buy my name for me, me, me reasons ... warning! boring reminiscing ahead!

In 2002, I got an e-mail from some guy who lost "my" address to mail my presents to ... ??! ... said he wrote me from the e-mail on my web site, because he lost the e-mail address "I" gave him ... ??! ... I almost dismissed the e-mail as junk, but there was just some real tones to it ... I replied ... a few e-mails back and forth he went from being confused > to being embarrassed > to being peeved and finally he gave me the link where I could find "me" ...

There I found the KimberlyTeed-wannabe ... she was a cam whore flipping her boobies for presents and PayPal cash ... I'm not anti-camwhore ... I'm anti my name being used by an UGGG'ly camwhore -see that kimceited aspect always creeps in ... this cow was using my name, web site name, hubby & son's name -so she could use the milf angle- ... ugh!

She looked like Betty Boop on acid ... eyebrows all arched up in some demented surprised look ... one eyebrow started mid-eye ... her left eye was lower than her right eye, like half her face was burned while lighting the crack pipe and got melted a bit ... one nip pointing at the wall, the other to the floor, vains like roadmaps ... aarrrgggghhhhh!

I wrote the owner of the cam site ... he was super cool, apologized like crazy in a covering his tush kind of buttkissing fashion ... took her off the site and provided her info to me ... luckily he needed her real info to mail her commission checks ...

Turns out she lives just across the bridge, but instead of driving to Philly and getting arrested for crack'ho assault --which would be a better ending for this too long saga! I did the boring thing ... just told her to knock it off in an evil voice -mwahahaha- and bought my name in domain form, posted a disclaimer on my contact page ... eventually I moved my on-line journal from PresenceSense to here ...

Yup ... as of this morning, Atlantic City casinos are closed ... this is another step in the Governor's attempt to get NJ's budget under control ... I feel bad for the casino workers and vacationers in Atlantic City ... I don't feel bad for the temporarily unemployed state workers -well most of them ... every time you call the State you hope you get one of the two people, per building, who actually enunciates their words and isn't a totally lazy bum ... the mush mouths and people with horrible attitudes have got to go --saawwrry you're not getting a paycheck Amie!

Don't know if we're going to see fireworks tonight ... usually, we could have the option of going down the Delaware River and peek at Trenton Thunder's or the Camden Waterfront shows; however, with how stormy it's has been, the Delaware River is probably a no-go ...

The town where we live has their Patriotic Celebration on July 8th ... will probably wait to do fireworks until then ..

Last night we had a bit of thunderstorm fun ... it was sunny and humid, then the windows started to rattle and there was distant rumbling ... Teedster and I went to get Teed213, he was a bit away bmx'ing ... we pick him up, get home, and just then bammm ... a total downpour, lots of lightning, booming thunder ... we ran for the door like WWE style --haha! --guess you had to be there to find that funny, but it was, so nahhh :P
